ConnFX connects traders, creators, channel owners, and educators and may include: community channels, educational content, market news, live sessions, market tools, and third-party trading signals. ConnFX does not provide brokerage, portfolio management, or financial advisory services.

All content on ConnFX is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Users are solely responsible for their decisions. User Accounts & Content

Creating an account may be required for some features. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and are responsible for all activity under their account.
5. Creator and Channel Owner Content
Creators and channel owners are responsible for all signals, market analysis, educational sessions, comments, uploaded files, and media content they publish. ConnFX does not verify or endorse their accuracy but reserves the right to remove content that violates policies.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
• Post misleading or fraudulent signals
• Impersonate brands or individuals
• Be abusive or harmful
• Upload malicious content
• Use the Platform for illegal activity
• Manipulate data or results
Violation may lead to suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party

All ConnFX branding, logos, design, software, and site content are owned by ConnFX unless stated otherwise. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit materials without written permission. Creators retain their own original content.

ConnFX may integrate third-party services (e.g., TradingView, news, live streaming, analytics). ConnFX is not responsible for third-party services or data accuracy.
Limitation of Liability & Suspension

ConnFX is not liable for financial or trading losses, indirect damages, data interruptions, or third-party failures. Use the Platform at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.
